Delivery / Shipping

Expect a delivery time of between 2-5 days once processing is finalized. We do not deliver over weekends. Orders placed on Friday will start distribution the following Monday.

Please Note: Certain items take longer to dispatch due to their size. Batteries etc

Orders are processed as soon as they are received and may not be able to be changed once finished. If you do need to cancel an order, please call us on +27 (11) 780 8081. Refer to Terms & Conditions.

Collection is majority granted to foreign clients (across borders). Please be advised that we may accommodate a collection if it is first discussed with one of our managers.

We make use of RTT | Aramex | Laser Logistics for all our deliveries. If your shipping address is in Gauteng, we sometimes make use of in-house couriers. That means there is no tracking number.

You will receive an email once it has been dispatched. That email will give you a tracking number you can track below.

We can definitely accommodate a special delivery, please let us know before hand. There is a surcharge levied by our various couriers for this service, which would be for your account.

Returns

You can contact us on hello@quicktech.co.za and initiate a return. Should the product be defective, we will schedule a courier. If the return is "change of mind", a delivery address will be provided and you, the client, must courier it back to us.

Yes, all of our products come out with their factory set warranty (normally 12 months) unless stated otherwise.

Yes, you can. First contact one of our managers to clarify that you are collecting, since we first need to process your order.

*Bear in mind that this process may take a full business day, for the product to be collected the following business day.

Due to our competitive pricing and high demand for various stock items, stock availability is not guaranteed. Should you purchase something on our site that has been sold out, we will contact you to either find a suitable alternative product, or, refund your purchase.
